Remedial Massage
Remedial massage is a hands-on therapy that assesses and treats muscles, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissues to manage pain, improve function, and aid rehabilitation. It differs from relaxation massage because it targets specific issues, like muscle tension or injuries, and may incorporate techniques like deep tissue massage.
David is an excellent Remedial Massage Therapist. Very professional and caring. He is meticulous in his treatment. He quickly finds the tiniest knots and eliminates them, as well as the large ones which he releases with pin point accuracy using dry needling. I think this is the best massage I have ever had. I felt great afterwards and all my tension and stiffness was gone. I liked that David only chatted to check if the pressure was Correct and to see if I was OK during treatment.
